I went here to buy a Sassi Holford dress - it was
retailing in Dublin (the only other Irish outlet) at
six hundred and fifty euro more expensive.
Suffice to say I would have paid the extra in
Dublin just to not have to deal with this crowd.
They have a beautiful premises, the most
gorgeous dresses from three or four top
designers but they leave a lot to be desired on
the customer services front.
In my three or four trips up there, the same staff
were never there, the alterations girl was really
young and did a really bad job, I had a big
pucker mark from where my bra was sewn into
the dress on the wedding day. Also they gave
absolutely no constructive advice re. underwear,
accessories etc.
If I'd bought the dress in Dublin I would have
been very aware of being ripped off but at least
I would have been dealing with a more
professional outfit.
