Michael was very easy to deal with. He came into H2B's parents' house on the
morning of the wedding and helped them fit their corsages to their suits. He was
very helpful in telling us how much time we should allow before leaving the house
to allow photographers snap the gents, and then telling me when to start the
march up the aisle. Had a good chat on the way to the hotel. Lovely man. Fab
Beauford!

We had a big mix up with the time. Despite me sending an e-mail and phoning to
confirm that we had changed the orignal booking time, Michael never seemed to
have changed it and as a result the car was an hour late. Despite this, the service
from Cormac the chauffeur was exceptional.Very professional at his job. When I
left my bag with my jewellery and money in the car, he drove back to the hotel to
give it to me.
